Customer Service and Support System

Hydromech Hoist and Crane Pty Ltd have developed a service backup workshop and service stock to support the growing crane and hoist service industry to enable customers to economically maintain older equipment. In situations when the older equipment is neither repairable nor maintainable, we supply replacement hoists or other equipment needed.

We provide a data logger that takes away the guesswork and all hoists and overhead cranes are designed and manufactured locally, allowing a full read on the crane’s status, safety requirements and operator corrections. We also provide electrical and mechanical design and support to our clients with a range of affordable spare parts that are kept locally.
